The staff here were very attentive, and they offered free wake-up service and ironing, making the place spotless and enjoyable with a nice jacuzzi.

The Hotel looked fairly modern it also had a very nice outdoor swimming pool (a bit too early in the year to try it) . The Beds were very comfortable . There was a very good Restaurant nearby and our hotel key card got us a 10% reduction of the Bill. The Hotel also provided a free Continental Breakfast which was a bonus.

The only problem was the a/c in the Room was a bit noisy and needed attention

Spent 1 night here with my family members, had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was pleasant and welcoming and the food was decent! The location was excellent and comfortable, near to shopping areas.

The breakfast was adequate at best. The juices are watered down & the "eggs" appear to be powdered. No eggs would be preferable and they were.

When we checked in, the hotel employee was abrupt and sarcastic when answering our questions. We also wish they had an indoor pool.

A standard king room for phone has basic facilities you need. There is a lot of supplies like : a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and air conditioner...

Our standard queen room had a work desk, as well as coffee and tea making options, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. ☕.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Richmond I-64 Short Pump Area, An IHG Hotel. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, truly enhancing my experience. the location is excellent, conveniently situated near Richmond, shopping areas, and a variety of restaurants in a lovely neighborhood.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast selection and very tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking lot easy to access. Location pretty good for driving to places of interest.

Nice shower head but water pressure insufficient for a proper shower. Air conditioner so noisy, we needed ear plugs to sleep.

The room here was pet-friendly and pretty spacious, which was a big plus for me. 🐾 The beds were like sleeping on a cloud - super comfy! Plus, having good food available made the stay even better.
